Health Transformation - Wellbeing and Engagement Assistant Vice President We currently have an exciting career opportunity as a Wellbeing and Engagement Assistant Vice President (AVP) within our National Health Transformation Team (HTT). The HTT is part of Aon’s Human Capital US practice.

This position will likely work virtually and can be associated with our offices located in Bloomington, MN; Chicago, IL; Norwalk, CT; Atlanta, GA; Los Angeles, CA; or The Woodlands, TX.

What the day will look like The Wellbeing and Engagement consultant AVP role will spend the majority of their day leading and driving client projects by diving deep in the following areas:

All dimensions of wellbeing (physical, emotional, financial, social, work life)

Caregiving

Employee Assistance Programs

Rewards, Incentives, and Recognition

Other aspects of the role include business development, contributing to the development of consulting solutions and thought leadership deliverables. The AVP will work closely with other Aon colleagues, including members of the Health Transformation Team, to deliver and lead client work. Additionally, the AVP will collaborate with Health Solutions Account Executives and Client Delivery teams to share subject‑matter expertise and drive business development opportunities.

The HTT works with Aon employer clients nationally and globally to support and solve for their care delivery, clinical and wellbeing needs. We serve as subject‑matter experts on client engagements, projects, strategy design, data review, sales, and tool/solution development. Our days are spent meeting with and delivering solutions for employer clients while collaborating internally across Aon’s business units to improve health, safety and productivity.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Develop, lead, drive, and direct colleagues on the execution of firm‑wide Wellbeing and Engagement client‑facing projects to help develop or advance client wellbeing strategies.

Collaborate and build relationships with Health Solutions consultants to drive new business opportunities and support revenue growth opportunities with existing clients.

Proactively anticipate, lead, think critically, be a self‑starter, and oversee and enhance employer wellbeing strategies.

Serve as a subject‑matter expert in Wellbeing, developing knowledge, creating strategic materials and educating clients and colleagues on best practices, market trends, benchmarking, and industry research.

Proactively build relationships to collaborate with internal and external resources to identify critical integration strategies and leverage appropriate resources across Human and Risk Capital, markets, regions, and business groups.

Manage and lead client projects through strong project‑management skills in the functional areas of qualitative and quantitative analytics, strategy design and development, vendor selection and implementation, measurement, and engagement/communication approach.

Required Experience:

10+ years of related experience in Wellbeing.

2+ years of consulting experience.

Experience in data analytics and measurement work.

Sales/Business Development experience (a plus).

Global Wellbeing experience (a plus).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software with PowerPoint expertise (preferred).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Pay Transparency Laws The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $115,000 to $140,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range is based on a primary work location of the Midwest; it may vary for applicants in other geographic locations.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
