We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands‑on experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow platform administration, scripting, integrations, and module development, while following best practices across ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and other relevant modules.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, including custom applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Customize and enhance ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and custom-scoped modules based on business requirements.
Develop and configure Service Catalog, Request Management, Incident, Problem, Change, and CMDB modules.
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third‑party applications.
Configure and maintain Flow Designer workflows and implement automation using Scripted REST APIs, workflows, and Integration Hub.
Implement Access Controls (ACLs) and security rules to ensure secure platform operations.
Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and version management while maintaining system stability.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, system errors, and service outages.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather and refine technical requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation, test cases, and deployment procedures.
Stay current with ServiceNow best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Administration and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others.
Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models, CMDB architecture, and platform tables.
Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Performance Analytics.
Experience with Service Portal development using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap is a plus.
Knowledge of MID Server, LDAP, SSO, OAuth, and web services integrations.
Experience developing scoped applications and custom ServiceNow apps.
