KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Innovation to join our Innovation & Enterprise Solutions organization.
Responsibilities
Drive day-to-day operations of the Innovation Network and key University Partnerships programs.
Support pursuits in university ecosystem expansion, go-to-market client pursuits, and architecting unique partnership models for external innovation collaboration.
Manage cross-functional coordination, communications, and deliverables across KPMG teams and external partners.
Manage and advance external university accelerator design, scouting, program operations, and leadership reporting.
Develop and maintain workflows and reusable assets that enable scale.
Prepare executive-ready materials, partner briefs, and meeting/workshop content; conduct research and analysis supporting innovation, emerging tech, and university ecosystem strategy.
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum eight years of recent experience in innovation, ideally in a professional services environment.
Bachelor's degree from accredited university.
Strategic thinker, with strong external innovation network relationships and experience; strong program/project management skills with ability to operate across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; executive-ready; ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and create structure in ambiguity; professional presence with external partners and senior leaders.
Strong organizational rigor, documentation discipline, and attention to detail.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
