Join Kraft Heinz as a Quality Lead Person on the second shift. You will lead daily activities of analytical, statistical, and finished goods inspectors, ensuring proper methods are used.

Second Shift (2 PM – 10 30 PM), Monday – Friday, +$1.00 shift differential
Ability to work all shifts as required for training needs
Daily overtime as required

Responsibilities & Duties
Maintain working knowledge and ability to backfill or train QA technicians as needed
Provide input to scheduling of full‑time and seasonal QA employees and provide training as needed
Direct supervisors, production line leaders, and maintenance personnel in interpretation of line sheet data
Coordinate with production and T&W personnel for product holds, sampling, testing, disposition, and release of holds
Collect, prepare, package, and prepare paperwork for samples to HQ QA, Canada, suppliers, customers, and potential customers
Track Nutritional Analysis samples for HQ QA shipment
Maintain and update line sheets, process sheets, notices of pack, recipes, spice mixes, etc.
Maintain inventory of chemicals, testing solutions, and order as needed
Issue recipes to process control and 3rd‑Floor production ensuring correct recipes are used
Perform daily analytical pre‑checks and make recipe adjustments when necessary
Perform standardization and maintenance on equipment; prepare solutions for Vitamin C testing and pasteurizer bacteriological culturing
Check daily schedule, print previous day’s report worksheet; adjust schedule if necessary
Accurately prepare forms, correspondence, and reports using typewriter, computer, etc.
Maintain accurate and complete records
Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly working area and follow safe practices; report issues to supervisor
Perform any other duty as assigned by management
Qualifications
GED or greater required
Applied mathematical skills
Ability to follow SOPs accurately and keep accurate records
Accuracy in record‑keeping
Good standing within the company to maintain qualification
Computer literacy and ability to learn QA systems
