Senior Superintendent – Mission Critical – Local Chicago Projects
A highly respected Chicago‑based general contractor is launching a dedicated Mission Critical division and is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join the founding leadership team.
Base Pay Range $140,000.00 / yr – $165,000.00 / yr
Additional Compensation Annual Bonus and Sign‑on Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Lead all on‑site construction activities for Mission Critical and highly MEP‑intensive projects
Manage site logistics, schedules, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination
Drive commissioning readiness, QA/QC processes, and turnover standards
Coordinate closely with project management, design teams, and trade partners
Establish best practices for field execution within the Mission Critical division
Mentor and develop future Superintendents as the team grows
Ideal Background
10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor
Direct experience delivering Mission Critical, data center, or similarly complex MEP‑driven projects
Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, commissioning, and redundancy planning
Proven ability to lead large trade forces and complex site operations
Motivated by the opportunity to help build and shape a new division
