Responsibilities As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team standards achievement, attaining sales and profit projections, creating an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, and developing the skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation. You will also be involved in recruiting and selecting team members, enforcing company policies and procedures, and performing other operational and strategic duties.
Qualifications & Requirements
At least one year of retail experience, preferably as a jeweler or specialty retailer
Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
Benefits
Base pay $16.50 – $21.00 plus commission on sales
