At Didero, we’re building the autonomous supply chain, starting with agentic supplier management. Global trade has never been more complex or more critical, and teams are under pressure to react to a flood of challenges such as geopolitical risk and tariffs. Didero helps by automating time-intensive workflows with AI agents, deploying cutting‑edge technology into one of the world’s most vital domains. We’re backed by leading venture funds and figures across AI, supply chain, and enterprise software.

About The Role We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a product area end‑to‑end and drive it from concept to customer value. You'll lead a dedicated pod of four engineers, taking full responsibility for discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration. This high‑autonomy role lets you define what to build, why it matters, and how to measure success.

You’ll operate as a GM of your product area, running discovery, making prioritization calls, and shipping iteratively. You’ll have direct access to customers and the support of leadership, but the strategy and execution are yours to own. Please note: This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY.

What You’ll Do

Define product strategy and roadmap for your area, tied to company objectives and customer outcomes

Run discovery, conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and deeply understand procurement workflows

Write clear specs and requirements that engineers can build against

Make prioritization decisions and tradeoffs with imperfect information

Ship iteratively, instrument what matters, and adjust based on learnings

Partner with customer success to close the feedback loop and inform roadmap

Working with Your Engineering Pod

You provide clear problem definitions, prioritized roadmap, customer context, and success criteria

Engineering owns technical approach, architecture decisions, and implementation

You co‑create scoping, timeline tradeoffs, and iteration cycles

Working with Design

You provide customer insights, business context, workflow requirements, and prioritization decisions

Design owns user research, UX strategy, flows, and visual execution

You co‑create feature scoping, success metrics, and experience tradeoffs

You'll Be Successful In This Role If You...

Have strong product sense: you understand business, technical, and UX tradeoffs and prioritize pragmatically

Can build 0→1: you've taken products from idea to live customers, not just optimized existing ones

Are technically fluent: you can discuss system architecture, data models, and integration constraints

Thrive in ambiguity: you create structure and momentum rather than waiting for direction

Write exceptionally well: your specs are clear, concise, and actionable

Are customer‑obsessed: you'd rather spend an hour with another customer than in an internal meeting

Can balance depth and speed: you know when to go deep vs. when to ship and learn

Qualifications

5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years owning a product area independently

Experience building 0→1 products as the primary PM

Track record working directly with engineering teams without heavy process overhead

B2B SaaS experience required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points For

Pre‑Series A or early‑stage startup experience

Familiarity with procurement, supply chain, ERP systems, or manufacturing

Experience with AI/ML products or automation workflows
