Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Loan Servicing Specialist located in Coral Gables, FL. The Loan Servicing Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining loan accounts, including processing payments, handling loan modifications, and keeping accurate records. Daily responsibilities will also include responding to customer inquiries, resolving payment discrepancies, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of loan processing, account management, and loan modifications
Proficiency in customer service, communication, and issue resolution
Attention to detail and experience with maintaining accurate financial records
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in lending and financial services
Organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work efficiently in an on‑site environment
Proficiency in loan servicing software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in hard money or alternative financing is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience
