A company is looking for an RVP, Sales - EMEA South who will lead and grow sales across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve revenue targets
Define and execute the sales strategy for EMEA South, aligning with global objectives
Drive new business growth through strategic account planning and relationship building
Required Qualifications
Proven sales leadership experience in Southern Europe or a comparable international market
Track record of managing high-performing sales teams in a B2B enterprise software environment
Strong understanding of account management and enterprise sales cycles
Fluency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese are a plus
Results-driven mindset with a focus on metrics and operational excellence
