Long Term Care Account Manager – Alpha Cognition
The Long Term Care Account Manager will be the face of Alpha Cognition to our customers in a performance‑based, ownership‑driven environment. Manage, develop, and grow long‑term care (LTC) accounts in alignment with Alpha Cognition’s mission, vision, and values. Achieve and exceed sales objectives by utilizing account‑based selling strategies to meet the needs of LTC key stakeholders (physicians, mid‑level practitioners, nursing home staff, LTC pharmacies, consultant pharmacists, and professional associations). Prioritize new and existing accounts based on market potential, closing new business and increasing Alpha Cognition’s product market share. Demonstrate exceptional clinical expertise (product/competition/disease state) and understanding of the evolving long‑term care landscape. Assess product/competitor trends at the territory and account level, developing and executing compliant account sales strategies that align budgets and resources around highest opportunities. Provide collaborative communication with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Market Access, and other Alpha Cognition teams. Complete all administrative tasks in a timely, accurate, and compliant manner (call reporting, expense reports, training modules, business plans, etc.). Travel throughout the territory, with overnight stays, meeting over several days, and work during evening hours and/or overnight stays. Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree 3+ years of B2B, medical device, or pharmaceutical sales experience Long Term Care account management/sales experience strongly preferred; CNS experience preferred Top 25% of the nation sales performance track record required Strong pharmaceutical launch experience preferred Essential Skills and Abilities

Ability to comply with customer institution access requirements. 20% or more overnight travel may be required depending on the assigned territory. Valid driver’s license required. Open Territories
