The Vice President of Therapy Services is a leadership role that is responsible for the strategic direction, clinical excellence, and operational performance of therapy services across assigned division of skilled nursing facilities operated by the organization. The VP of Therapy Services ensures high quality delivery of physical, occupational, and speech therapy in compliance with federal, state, and company standards.

Requirements

Must possess a valid OK or TX license to practice in a therapy discipline (i.e. Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy)

Minimum 2 years leadership in skilled nursing industry, preferred

Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations, therapy billing, and compliance standards
