The Team The HR Project Management Office blends deep project‑management capabilities with comprehensive HR and business acumen to deliver people‑centric projects.
Key Responsibilities
Build, inspire and manage a high‑performing team of HR Project Managers.
Drive end‑to‑end delivery of HR initiatives, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, on‑scope execution aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate across IT, Finance, Legal, Operations and other departments to deliver integrated solutions.
Develop and maintain robust frameworks for governance, risk management and performance tracking; provide data‑driven updates to executive leadership.
Champion change strategies to ensure sustainable adoption of programs.
Continuously improve PMO practices reflecting best‑in‑class methodologies and delivery models.
What You'll Bring
10+ years of proven experience leading Global Enterprise Projects, ideally in an HR PMO, M&A Employee Integration, Technical Project Management, or Organizational Transformation.
Expertise in program governance, project‑management methodologies, business processes and portfolio management within HR.
Adept at cross‑functional collaboration and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities focused on results and value creation.
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow and Microsoft Office.
PMP Certification preferred (not required).
