Trinity invites experienced professionals to join our Evidence, Value, Access, and Pricing (EVAP) team as a Senior Consultant, leveraging deep expertise in the U.S. healthcare system to help clients maintain growth through strategic analysis and innovative solutions.
Position Responsibilities
Lead analysis of primary and secondary data to generate meaningful value, access, and pricing insights for biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical clients across U.S. payers and stakeholders.
Co‑ordinate and guide junior staff, ensuring high‑quality work and effective communication with project managers and leadership.
Create and present client‑ready materials, including research packages, interim deliverables, and final reports.
Provide thought leadership in evidence strategy and market access, representing Trinity at external conferences and other client‑ and non‑client‑related events.
Mentor junior staff through formal and informal training activities.
Support business development, including proposal writing, as part of a pathway to future business‑development leadership.
Contribute to the growth of the EVAP function through internal initiatives focused on professional development and resource creation.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement; preferred majors in health sciences, economics, or HEOR with an interest in life sciences.
3–4 years of top‑performance experience at a leading biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical‑strategy consulting firm addressing U.S. industry questions.
Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, pricing dynamics, and payer/provider relationships.
Proficiency with essential and advanced consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Strong oral and written communication in English.
Experience sourcing reimbursement data from PubMed, Medline, Google Scholar, and research platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Understanding of systematic review methods, clinical research design, and relevant regulations for clinical trials.
High attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management skills.
Team‑player attitude and ability to collaborate across functions.
Ability to work under deadline pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation & Benefits Salary band: $100,000 – $140,000 per year, depending on skill set and market demand. Additional eligible annual discretionary performance bonus.
