Pay Range $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
Work with teachers and staff to complete or update VB-MAPP assessments.
Create individual program development plans for students.
Identify preference assessment methods and provide training and guidance to teachers and staff to implement.
Conduct classroom site review and support.
Provide consultation and training to teachers and assistants.
Assist with identifying students ready for direct instruction programs and provide behavior skills training and resources to teachers.
Support VB-MAPP with IEP alignment.
Provide supervision to BACB supervisees and RBTs as assigned.
Develop appropriate programming to support natural environment training, social/play skills, and inclusive practices.
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
Strong background in patient care, assessment, and medical documentation.
