Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
A large, high-volume manufacturing facility is seeking a Senior Electrical Reliability Engineer to own plant-wide electrical reliability in a 24/7 industrial environment.
This role is responsible for the safe and reliable operation of electrical systems, including power distribution, drives, controls, and plant infrastructure. The engineer will lead electrical reliability initiatives, outage planning, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects while partnering closely with maintenance and operations teams.
Key responsibilities include troubleshooting complex electrical issues, performing root cause failure analysis, managing electrical projects and contractors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing technical leadership and training to E&I resources.
This is a senior, hands-on role with high visibility and ownership over plant electrical performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years of experience in heavy industrial or continuous manufacturing
Strong background in electrical reliability, power distribution, drives, and plant maintenance
Experience supporting outages, CMMS-driven maintenance programs, and 24/7 operations
