Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Hyatt Centric Key West. The ideal candidate will oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, maintaining high standards of quality, and supporting the management team in achieving operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage activities in Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, Blue Mojito Bar, In Room Dining, and Banquet Services
Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards in compliance with Hyatt policies
Manage guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience
Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and cost management to maximize profitability
Collaborate with culinary and management teams to ensure seamless operations
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Support special events, banquets, and group functions as needed
Maintain a professional and positive working environment

Qualifications
2 years of supervisory experience in a food and beverage setting in a hotel or upscale restaurant preferred
3 years of food and beverage experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently
