Job Summary The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager provides strategic and functional leadership for the Manufacturing Engineering organization. This role is responsible for driving engineering excellence across people, processes, and systems while supporting site-level performance in quality, cost, delivery, and operational efficiency. The position partners closely with operations, quality, supply chain, and customers to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-performing manufacturing solutions.
Job Duties
Lead and develop Manufacturing Engineering teams, providing functional direction, coaching, and performance management.
Own capital equipment strategy, including forecasting, upgrades, and replacement planning for production equipment and facility systems.
Drive engineering compliance and standardization aligned with SOPs, work instructions, and functional best practices.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, yield, throughput, and cost reduction.
Partner with customers and strategic account teams to support product introductions and site transitions.
Implement and track engineering metrics to support data-driven decisions and consistent execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in an engineering or related field.
7+ years of advanced manufacturing engineering experience.
Proven people leadership and team-development experience.
Strong background in driving operational improvements in a complex manufacturing environment.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and engage with customers at a senior level.
