What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Hire, coach, and lead a Bay Area-based Strategic Enterprise Sales team to exceed revenue goals

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for complex Enterprise accounts, focusing on AI-driven selling

Mentor your team through multi-product Enterprise sales cycles, ensuring effective deal navigation

Conduct quarterly reviews and provide strategic direction for customer expansion and retention

Deliver compelling presentations and engage with C-level executives to build trusted partnerships

What is Required (Qualifications)

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience

10+ years of software sales experience, including 5+ years leading Strategic Sales teams in the SaaS or AI technology industry

Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and quota achievement

Expertise in managing complex Enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills, with a data-informed approach

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Familiarity with value selling frameworks (MEDDPICC preferred)

Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills to communicate AI and automation value

Experience in attracting and developing top Account Executives in competitive markets

Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari

Willingness to travel across the Bay Area and select West Coast territories for engagements
