As a Café Ambassador you’ll introduce café goers and customers to our best-in-class services, create memorable experiences and drive brand awareness at our Cafés. Responsibilities
Bring the Café experience and brand to life by creating an inclusive environment where customers and teammates feel welcome.
Proactively engage with customers in all areas of the Café, from tech challenges to deep conversations about financial journeys.
Guide customers through goal setting and advocate for better financial literacy through discovery and Capital One resources.
Be a team player and inspire teammates while learning and growing through self‑development.
Continually learn new digital and technical skills.
Partner with local businesses, nonprofits, and the Engagement team to plan events inside and outside the Café.
Volunteer in the community and advocate for financial literacy.
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree.
2+ years of Retail or Customer‑facing experience.
Proficient in G‑Suite.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Compensation Boston, MA: $52,624 – $57,408 (full‑time Café Ambassador).
