As a Director of Sales, you bring high-energy, customer‑centric focus and drive/hunger to the total sales efforts of the hotel. In other words, you get paid to make relationships!
Description You are eligible for quarterly bonuses, paid time off, vacation reimbursement, and a robust onboarding experience with a dedicated regional support team.
Do What You Are Passionate About
Grow and maintain relationships with key clients to produce topline business, including room, food & beverage, and catering/banquet revenues.
Strategize, implement, and accomplish quarterly sales plans.
Work in partnership with Regional Sales, Revenue, and Operation teams forecasting & budgeting revenue and expenses.
Lead and partner with operational departments relating to all sales outcomes.
Champion brand and company reputation, cultivating relationships with local community groups, companies, entertainment, and travel events to generate business.
Proactively conduct sales blitzes, outside sales, inside sales, and new conversations to spark new leads.
Be a closer! Negotiate, flex, adopt, maximize, and optimize to close business.
Experience
Experience with direct client relationships (B2B and/or B2C).
Accustomed to meeting and exceeding sales and/or revenue goals.
Have a creative, innovative, and outside‑of‑the‑box sales mindset.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years hotel sales within major brands and/or 3+ years non‑hotel, proven sales leadership experience.
Ability to learn systems technology.
Displays a magnitude of professionalism, being your best‑self.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills a must.
Systems Proficiency Delphi FDC, Profit Sword, and Hospitality (Brand) Systems.
