Role Summary The Sales Director will lead the entire sales function of iGifts in the U.S. market, overseeing key retail partnerships, B2B customer development, and sales team management. This role requires strong experience in the arts & crafts, stationery, lifestyle goods, or consumer retail sectors, with the ability to build scalable sales systems, drive revenue, and manage major U.S. retailer accounts (Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Joann, Target, Walmart).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual/quarterly sales strategies.

Expand partnerships with U.S. retailers (Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Joann, Amazon).

Lead negotiation of pricing, terms, contracts, and sell-in/sell-through plans.

Build scalable revenue models and optimize margins.

Build and manage a high-performing sales team.

Set KPIs, monitor performance, conduct coaching and reviews.

Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance.

Maintain relationships with key B2B accounts.

Identify growth opportunities and lead new business development.

Work with supply chain and logistics teams to support large retail orders.

Collaborate with Creative & Product teams on NPI (new product introduction).

Deliver monthly/quarterly sales reports and forecast projections.

Analyze market trends and competitor landscape.

Qualifications Must-Have

7+ years of sales experience in consumer goods (craft, gifts, stationery, lifestyle, home).

3+ years of leadership experience managing a sales team.

Strong experience working with U.S. retail chains (Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Joann, Target, Walmart).

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage large accounts and complex supply chain–linked sales cycles.

Preferred

Knowledge of the U.S. craft market, seasonal promotions, and retail sales mechanics.

Experience working with China-based production teams.

Strong analytical skills (Excel/BI tools).

Startup or high-growth environment experience.
