Job Description
We are seeking a backend Sr. Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java back-end dev with Java AWS, Postgres dynamo db spring boot and Kafka. The model is hybrid with no travel required and day shifts.
Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java back-end dev with Java AWS Postgres dynamo db spring boot and Kafka.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient software architecture.
Ensure the quality of performance and responsiveness of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle and improve deployment efficiency.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements by translating them into technical specifications.
Monitor and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and performance issues.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software designs, code, and processes.
Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and methodologies.
Domain: Payments, Issuance, Card Processing. Intuit fintech and dev environment knowledge is a plus.
