Executive Assistant – Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
Join BCG as an Executive Assistant. You will be the backbone of the Managing Director & Partners (MDPs), ensuring they have what they need to serve clients and meet internal commitments.
Overview BCG is a global strategy consulting firm. You will support senior executives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Responsibilities
Anticipate MDP needs, schedule and reschedule meetings, manage travel logistics.
Process timesheets and expenses on time.
Support MDP internal commitments: practice area activities, BCG leadership committees, recruiting.
Build working relationships with stakeholders: MDPs, clients and their assistants, EA and AA peers, BST peers and internal resources.
Proactively support high‑leverage activities: account planning, client relationship management, research, create and prepare client materials, act as a trusted advisor.
Take initiative to bring items from the back burner to the front burner.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience.
Minimum of 3 years in a fast‑paced environment supporting senior executives.

Compensation & Benefits Base salary $88,000–$98,667, discretionary bonus up to 12%, market‑leading benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, parental leave, paid time off and more. Full cost of medical, dental, vision covered.
Employment Full‑time, Hybrid (in‑office 3–5 days per week or remote for half the week). Mid‑Senior level.
