About the Roles Appointment Setter You’ll be the first connection between potential customers and our team — responsible for engaging prospects at their homes, generating interest, and scheduling qualified appointments for our closing team. Your focus is building rapport, sparking curiosity, and setting up our Closers for success. As an appointment setter, you have the opportunity to build your own team right away and grow into the Closer position.
Closer You’ll meet with warm, pre-set appointments to guide homeowners through the window replacement process, present solutions, and close deals. You’ll be the trusted advisor who makes the process simple, clear, and compelling for our customers. Closers can still set their own appointments, if they choose to, and have the opportunity to build their own teams and grow into the Sales Director position.
You’ll recruit, train, and lead a team of Appointment Setters and Closers while continuing to close your own deals. Your role combines leadership, mentorship, and high-performance sales — driving both your own results and the success of your team. You’ll play a critical role in developing a strong sales culture, coaching reps daily, and creating momentum by building people who can perform at a high level.
Core Responsibilities
Prospect & Engage:
Connect with homeowners, introduce our products, and qualify interest.
Set & Manage Appointments:
Book and confirm high-quality sales appointments.
Hit & Exceed KPIs:
Achieve personal and/or team goals for daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
Recruit & Build:
Identify and bring in top talent to grow your sales team.
Motivate & Inspire:
Cultivate a culture of accountability, energy, and personal growth.
Present & Close:
(Closers) Deliver professional, in-home sales presentations to secure contracts.
Lead from the Front:
(Closers) Close your own sales appointments to model excellence.
Train & Develop:
(Sales Directors) Lead trainings, shadowing sessions, & skill development workshops
Organize Team Pods:
(Sales Directors) Plan & coordinate travel to nearby markets for your sales team.
You’re a Fit If You Have Appointment Setter
No prior experience required — we provide full training
Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging personality
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Previous door-to-door (D2D), outside sales, or appointment-setting experience is a plus
Closer
Minimum 1 year of experience closing high-value deals (home improvement, solar, roofing, etc.)
Ability to build trust quickly and guide customers through a decision-making process
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Minimum 2 years of direct sales team leadership and team building experience
Proven ability to recruit, onboard, train, and motivate a team to hit performance goals
Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills
A passion for mentorship and people development
(Bilingual skills are helpful but not required)
(Availability to travel a plus)
Compensation This is a
100% commission-based role
with
no income cap . Compensation includes:
Commissions on personal sales
Overrides and bonuses on team performance
Additional incentives tied to growth, retention, and leadership success
