$120,000 - $180,000 per year

Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in all phases of real estate litigation, including case assessment, pleadings, discovery, pre‑trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations to resolve disputes favorably.
Conduct research and provide legal guidance on complex real estate laws and transactions.
Draft and review legal documents relating to real estate transactions and litigation.
Actively participate in the firm’s business development efforts.
Leverage and cultivate new client relationships, generate business leads, and contribute to overall revenue growth by engaging PNCs and referral sources.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
Licensed to practice in California with at least 5 years of experience in real estate litigation.
Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills.
Strong drafting and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to client service.
Proven ability to work independently.
Desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
Passion for community engagement and building relationships.
Prior experience working in a remote setting.
