Oracle EBS iSupplier Functional Consultant
Location: Onsite, Dallas, TX | Type: 4–6+ month contract | Experience: 6–12+ years in Oracle EBS procurement with mandatory iSupplier expertise
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite iSupplier Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of the Oracle iSupplier Portal and related procurement modules. The consultant will work closely with business users, suppliers, technical teams, and project stakeholders to ensure a seamless supplier self‑service experience within Oracle EBS.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Design & Implementation
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Oracle iSupplier Portal (R12.2).
Conduct AS‑IS and TO‑BE workshops for supplier collaboration and procurement processes.
Configure supplier registration, user management, and onboarding flows.
Configure and validate supplier master, sites, ASL, banks, contacts, and responsibilities.
Define functional setups for Supplier Management, Supplier Profile Management, Supplier User Administration (SUM), Procurement / Purchasing, and Sourcing (if applicable).
Prepare BR100, MD50.
Requirements Gathering & Solution Design
Understand business requirements and translate them into functional designs.
Advise stakeholders on best practices for supplier onboarding and self‑service.
Design workflows for approvals (registration, bank updates, profile updates).
Testing & Deployment
Prepare test scripts and conduct SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
Perform conference room pilots (CRP1/CRP2).
Support cutover, migration, and go‑live activities.
Validate supplier access, notifications, user roles, and functionality.
Production Support & Enhancements
Troubleshoot issues related to supplier login/access, workflow mailer notifications, updates approvals, POs/RFQs visibility.
Work with DBA and technical teams to resolve DMZ, SSL, access, and mailer problems.
Recommend improvements to enhance portal usability.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work with procurement, AP, IT security, and supplier enablement teams.
Coordinate with suppliers during onboarding and UAT.
Train business users and supplier administrators.

Oracle Sourcing (nice to have)
Technical Understanding (Functional-Level)
Workflow mailer configuration and troubleshooting
Understanding of DMZ architecture and supplier external access
Knowledge of OAF personalization (basic)
SQL familiarity for data validation and analysis
Documentation & Analysis
Experience preparing AIM/OUM documentation
Ability to define business processes and map them to Oracle functionality
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work with cross‑functional teams
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Supplier-facing and business-facing soft skills
Preferred Qualifications
Oracle EBS R12 Certification (Purchasing or Procurement modules)
Experience supporting global supplier enablement projects
Experience in multi‑org, multi‑currency environments
Working knowledge of security roles and responsibility‑based access
