Corporate Governance Litigation Associate
Senior litigation associate to join the firm’s Corporate Governance litigation practice. Candidate may sit in Delaware or New York office.
Represent investors and work toward governance reforms at public companies, increasing market transparency, holding wrongdoers accountable, and protecting the shareholder franchise.
Base pay range $195,000.00/yr – $320,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Litigate complex stockholder or commercial litigation.
Defend complex stockholder or commercial litigation.
Delaware corporate law/fiduciary duty litigation.
Qualifications
2018–2022 JD graduates.
Preference for Delaware barred attorneys but New York barred works.
Open to defense side candidates.
Meaningful experience in prosecuting or defending complex stockholder or commercial litigation; Delaware corporate law/breach of fiduciary duty litigation.
Delaware Chancery or Delaware Supreme Court clerkships are a major plus.
Compensation & Benefits No billable hour requirement. Extremely competitive compensation offered. The firm promotes from within and has a great retention rate.
