We are hiring a Legal Coordinator responsible for overseeing a wide range of legal functions vital to our operations. The ideal candidate has an interest in law, pays attention to detail, and can assist with contract negotiation, review, and execution, human resources matters, and debt collection efforts. Role Responsibilities
Review, negotiate, and draft contracts to protect our interests. Document and oversee compliance with contract terms. Perform legal research on applicable laws and regulations. Assist in developing internal policies and procedures. Engage and oversee legal counsel to draft and update corporate documents such as board resolutions and employment agreements. Prepare and send demand letters for outstanding debts, developing effective debt‑recovery strategies. Identify legal risks and provide mitigation strategies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Legal background or legal studies preferred. Must be able to: Lift 50 lbs. Sit, stand, and reach for prolonged periods. Drive with a valid driver’s license. The Pay Range For This Role Is
55,000 – 68,750 USD per year (US) Employment Type
