Oracle Fusion HCM Techno‑Functional Lead – CDC5697950
Base pay range: $70.00/hr - $75.00/hr

Responsibilities
15 years of functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
Strong knowledge of Core HR, Security, Payroll & Integration
Awareness of Oracle Cloud ecosystem (HCM, OIC, FDI)
Lead requirement gathering, documentation, testing and training activities
Drive project deliverables and ensure adherence to the schedule
Conduct functional testing, configuration review, integration testing reports, validation and data conversion validation
Coordinate UAT testing with business and consolidate results across DEV, SIT, UAT
Understand HDL Loaders and data conversion processes
Coordinate with downstream system owners and vendors for integration testing and impact analysis
Drive end‑to‑end integration testing
Apply Oracle Quarterly Patch updates with impact analysis
Lead functional design sessions related to new requirements and Oracle quarterly updates
Lead and mentor a team of Oracle consultants across HCM, OIC & FDI
Coordinate project activities with team and client
Prepare implementation support documentation, governance, track‑level status reports and present to client
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Qualifications
