What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and implement data analysis methods for two‑photon imaging datasets

Write custom codes in Matlab and Python to analyze and predict data aspects

Train new personnel on microscopy instrumentation and assist with center management

Collaborate with researchers on imaging needs and experimental methodologies

Seek out and implement new data analysis approaches in consultation with experts

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a similar field

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a research lab, preferably with a Health Sciences focus

3+ years of experience with data analysis and programming in Matlab and Python

2+ years of experience with in‑vivo two‑photon microscopy

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Master's or PhD Degree in Neuroscience, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a similar field

Experience with Scikit‑learn, Pandas, Numpy, and Statsmodel

Prior experience in designing neuroscience behavioral paradigms

Proven track record as first and co‑author of research publications
