What You’ll Do
Review Rust code for memory safety, correctness, and idiomatic style.
Solve complex systems-level problems using Rust and explain your process.
Identify and correct flaws in AI output or unclear logic.
Summarize your approach and decision‑making clearly and concisely.
You're a Great Fit If
Fluent in English with strong writing and communication skills.
Expertise in Rust: ownership model, lifetimes, borrowing, traits, and concurrency.
3–5 years of experience in Rust development or systems programming (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science or related field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
Bonus: Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects.
