About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A is a key member of the finance team responsible for ensuring timely and accurate financial planning, analysis and model which will influence business decisions across the company. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to provide insightful analysis, enable data-driven decision-making which influence the budget and forecasting processes. Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Additional compensation types

Annual Bonus Responsibilities

Financial Acumen:

Demonstrate understanding of the full P&L through Net Income along with other financial metrics (DSO, DPO). Strong understanding of inventory / COGS. Financial Modeling:

Develop and maintain advanced & complex financial models to assess the financial performance, profitability, and growth opportunities for key stakeholders/company. These models may include but are not limited to 3 statement modeling, budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, valuation, branch modeling (new/relocations) and M&A. Budgeting and Forecasting:

Participate in the annual budgeting process, including the consolidation of financial projections, and provide monthly forecast updates to reflect changing business conditions and goals. Performance Analysis:

Monitor and report on actual financial results compared to budget and monthly forecasts. Investigate variances, highlight key drivers, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Data Analysis:

Leverage financial and operational data to provide actionable insights, support decision-making, and contribute to the optimization of business processes. KPI Reporting:

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility into business performance while highlighting areas for improvement. Reporting:

Prepare monthly and quarterly Board reporting and monthly business reviews for key stakeholders and the company with a keen eye for storytelling that will relay a clear and concise message. Capital Management:

Prepare capital expenditure forms for key stakeholders, monitor capital spend, provide analyses showing ROI and ROCE. Attend Investment Committee meetings supporting key stakeholders. Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline required. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience with more than $1B in revenue. Prior Distribution experience preferred but not required. Must be a self-starter who can work well within various situations (from well-defined to unstructured) and proactively explain financial results from historical data, lead indicators. Ability to interact at all levels in the organization both at the support center, branch locations and international partners. Experience working under pressure in a fast‑paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality. Advanced computer skills using a variety of software including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and presentations. Previous experience with Oracle EPM, Power BI, Adaptive and Workday. Ability to manage competing priorities. Benefits
