Clinical Lead Mental Health Practitioner RADIAS Health is hiring a Clinical Lead Mental Health Practitioner to join the Residential Support Services (RSS) program. The role focuses on providing treatment services that promote recovery and community integration for adults with serious persistent mental illnesses and co‑occurring substance use disorders.

Base Pay Range:

$52,950.00 – $55,068.00 per year.

Sign‑on Bonus:

$1,000.

Starting Salary Range (subject to change):

$57,800 – $60,023 per year.

Responsibilities

Oversee a group home with four residents, providing supervision and clinical direction to staff.

Coordinate client care, including establishing quarterly case conferences with case managers, treatment teams, and family members.

Develop, implement, and review Individual Service Plans, Abuse Prevention Plans, Emergency Service Plans, and relevant behavior plans on a quarterly basis.

Schedule client medical, psychiatric, or dental appointments and arrange transportation.

Identify residents who may be prone to behavior emergencies and develop individualized programming.

Assist Program Director and Program Manager with client admission and discharge processes.

Orient new residents to RSS and help them develop independent living skills.

De‑escalate potential behavior emergencies and utilize crisis assessment tools for suicidal and aggressive behavior.

Assist residents with budgeting and financial forms, including applying for benefits.

Ensure facility security, create staff schedules, and secure coverage for missed shifts.

Complete all paperwork, reports, and charting in a timely and organized manner.

Lead weekly house staff meetings; distribute meeting minutes to Program Director, Program Manager, Program Nurse, and house leads.

Administer medications according to RSS policy and supervise pharmacy orders.

Produce incident reports and assist with licensing and inspection requirements.

Perform client record audits for compliance with DHS and County RSS regulations.

Conduct fire and tornado drills monthly; maintain documentation of financial expenditures in QuickBooks.

Oversee recreational and social activities, holiday events, and client transportation in the community.

Availability

Days: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, 40 hours per week (Coon Rapids & Mendota Heights).

Float: Thursday – Sunday, 8 am – 4 pm on Thursdays and 4 pm – 12 am on Friday‑Sunday, 32 hours per week. Floats to Lino Lakes, St. Paul, Oakdale, Andover, & North St. Paul locations.

Locations

Onsite – 14 house locations in Ramsey, Dakota, Washington, and Anoka counties.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science or related field plus 2,000 hours of experience providing clinical services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Must have a car, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license.

OR: 4,000 hours supervised work experience delivering services to individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders (with car, insurance, and driver’s license).
