Senior Executive Recruiter for Human Resources, SC&L, and Engineering opportunities at LHH (Formerly Ajilon) a subsidiary of Adecco Group North… LHH is partnering with a growing electronics manufacturer to find a Hardware Testing Engineer! As a Hardware Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and validating a wide range of electronic hardware—including laptops, servers, mobile devices, and networking equipment. You will design and execute test plans, develop automated and manual testing procedures, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product quality and reliability for our commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures for electronic hardware (laptops, servers, mobile networking devices, etc.).

Perform functional, performance, and stress testing on hardware components and systems.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and document hardware failures; work with engineering teams to resolve issues.

Create and maintain automated and manual test scripts and software testing programs.

Wipe and securely erase data from hardware in accordance with company and industry standards.

Analyze test results, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to cross‑functional teams.

Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and field service teams to improve product quality and resolve customer issues.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience testing and troubleshooting electronic hardware (laptops, servers, networking equipment, etc.).

Proficiency with hardware diagnostic tools, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and related test equipment.

Experience with scripting or programming languages (Python, C, Bash, etc.) for test automation is a plus.

Familiarity with secure data wiping and hardware refurbishment processes.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
