Job Type : Full time Facility : Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Schedule : Monday to Friday Patient Age : 12-17 years old
Duties and Responsibilities
Audit the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and all clinical documentation; communicate findings and recommendations to the Clinical Director.
Effectively communicate with upper management, program participants, and families.
Adhere to all documentation standards, timelines, and organizational expectations.
Assist the Director of Clinical Operations with Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) appeals.
Conduct and manage on-site utilization reviews and actively monitor census development.
Basic Education and Experience Requirements
A minimum of a Master’s degree or doctoral degree from an accredited or state‑approved graduate program in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work.
Current, active, and unrestricted clinical licensure in the state of California as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
Associate or unlicensed clinicians will not be considered for this role.
Prior managerial or supervisory experience in a behavioral health, treatment, or hospital setting is required.
Experience working with adolescents is required.
Experience in Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and/or Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) is strongly preferred.
