Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, and Learning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multi‑country implementations, quarterly patch impact analysis, functional configurations, and end‑to‑end project delivery across Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to support enterprise‑scale Oracle HCM environments.
Key Responsibilities
Oracle HCM Implementation & Configuration
Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules including ORC, Talent Management, and Learning.
Support multi‑region and multi‑country Oracle HCM implementations, ensuring compliance with regional requirements.
Configure and administer Oracle HCM functional setups aligned with business needs.
Customization & Functional Setup
Perform functional customizations including DFF (Descriptive Flexfields) and EFF (Extensible Flexfields), Value Sets, Form Functions, and Concurrent Programs.
Customize and support reports as per business requirements.
Develop, implement, and customize Oracle Workflows.
Patch Management & System Maintenance
Conduct Oracle HCM quarterly patch impact analysis, validation, and post‑patch testing.
Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies related to patches and upgrades.
Business Analysis & Project Execution
Participate in full project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment.
Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions and Fit‑Gap analysis with business stakeholders.
Work effectively in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Journeys & User Experience
Design, configure, and support Oracle Journeys for enhanced employee experience.
Apply Oracle Redwood Design System principles to improve usability and consistency across HCM modules.
Support & Stakeholder Management
Manage and work with Oracle SR (Service Request) processes for issue resolution and escalations.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
Provide functional guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Oracle Skills
Strong experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
Hands‑on expertise in ORC, Talent Management, and Learning.
Experience with Oracle Journeys and Redwood Design System.
Proven experience handling multi‑country HCM environments.
Functional & Technical Skills
DFF & EFF configuration
Value Sets, Concurrent Programs, Form Functions
Workflow development and customization
Quarterly patch analysis and validation
Strong understanding of HR business processes
Methodologies
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Oracle HCM certification(s) preferred.
Experience working with large enterprise or global HR implementations.
