Job Description We are looking for full‑time Licensed Therapists to provide outpatient services via telehealth.
Benefits
W2, full‑time
Base salary plus bonus
Remote work from home
Monday–Friday schedule; no weekends; shift options 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CT
Comprehensive benefits package: PTO, medical, dental, vision, liability insurance covered
Annual stipend for growth & education opportunities
Additional compensation for bilingual candidates (Spanish)
Requirements
Master's level degree and licensure
Eligibility to work in the United States
Work‑from‑home space must provide privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
Meets background/regulatory requirements
Skills
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Treatment planning
Comfortable with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
