Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Specialist to help design, implement, and support our modern cloud-based productivity environment. This role focuses on guiding organizations through their transition from traditional on-premises infrastructure to a secure, scalable Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint security.
Set up, administer, and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) tenants, including identity governance, conditional access, and authentication policies.
Lead or support migrations from on-premises Active Directory and Exchange to Microsoft 365 cloud services.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace stack.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design secure, efficient, user-friendly solutions that align with organizational needs.
Maintain documentation, best practices, and operational procedures.
Qualifications
Hands‑on experience with Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 administration.
Familiarity with migration tools and processes for AD/Exchange‑to‑cloud transitions.
Strong understanding of identity management, security policies, and endpoint management.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
