Salary range: $110,000–$132,000

Senior leadership role driving
customer data strategy, advanced analytics, and AI/ML
to unlock measurable impact across marketing and customer experience. This role owns the
end-to-end customer data roadmap , from architecture to model deployment, powering personalization, predictive insights, and smarter decision‑making across the customer lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Define and lead customer data strategy, architecture, and analytics roadmap
Develop and operationalize predictive models (segmentation, churn, personalization, next‑best‑action)
Embed analytics and AI/ML into CRM, marketing automation, and CX platforms
Partner with senior stakeholders to translate data into business outcomes
Establish governance for model performance, ethical AI, and data compliance
Lead cross‑functional enablement and analytics adoption
What we’re looking for
7+ years in advanced analytics, data science, or related fields
Strong experience with ML, statistical modeling (Python, R), and cloud platforms
Proven success deploying analytics at enterprise scale
Excellent stakeholder influence and executive communication skills
