Base Pay Range $18.00/hr – $21.00/hr
Job Summary The Assistant Store Manager (ASM) assists the general manager with day‑to‑day operations while adhering to Global Partners LP policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
Complete required daily accounting paperwork and submit by deadline.
Supervise, train, and discipline hourly employees; hold them accountable to operational standards.
Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; assist in investigations of shortages/overages of $100/month or less and inventory variations of ≤0.5% of sales.
Maintain business records, review cashier accountability sheets, and follow records prescribed by the General Manager or Territory Manager.
Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties as requested in accordance with cash control policies.
Manage cash management procedures, including bank deposits and change orders.
Ensure store meets Grand Opening Ready Standards and Global Partner image standards.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
Ensure store security and safety, complying with all safety and environmental guidelines; report any issues to the proper authority.
Maintain adequate gasoline levels and coordinate deliveries.
Engage in company promotional initiatives and promote a high level of guest service.>
Perform duties as required by company policies and the General Manager or Territory Manager.
Additional Responsibilities
Work flexible hours, including day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Manage store operations with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
1–2 years of supervisory experience.
Ability to communicate, count, read, write accurately, and perform basic computer functions.
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
Ability to work in intermittent temperatures, such as outdoors.
Physical ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs. during a shift.
Access to all store areas, including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
Minimum age 18 years.
High school diploma or equivalent (vocational or technical education).
Pay Range $18.36 – $21.57/hr
The final offer is determined by experience, skills, and geographic location. Global Partners reserves the right to modify base salary at any time.
