This position provides leadership and direction to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care, teammate efficiency and productivity, and positive teammate relations. This person will act as the “General Manager” for all business functions and strategic partnerships (i.e. Health Plans, Nephrologists, other vendors, etc.).Manages and oversees the DaVita IKC program in designated market or geography* Provide leadership and direction to the team within a designated market and provides leadership across other markets/clinical lanes.* Leads complex programs and projects with IKC-wide impact.* Develops and implements quality incentive programs with key providers to improve outcomes for patients. Successfully manage outcomes within market(s) with a high complexity of programs.* Ensures compliance to all applicable regulations and DaVita policies. Monitors risk management and quality assurance compliance.Builds effective relationships with internal and external clients* Coordinates activities with DaVita IKC Management Team, Regional Medical Directors, cross-functional departments, and others as needed* Maintains and manages relationships with key constituencies and stakeholders, including providers and health plans* Develops and maintains relationships with CMS and other entities as neededAccountable for day-to-day supervision to the RN Team and Regional Operations Supervisor (ROS) * Manages larger team of RNs or depending on market size, may be responsible for managing ROMs* Provide work direction, ultimately responsible for outcomes* Evaluate RN roster readiness and quality/effectiveness of care delivery.* Responsible for performance development and trainings, building bench strength, performance management, retention, clinic and team assignments, and teammate relations. Including new ROS trainings, precepting, etc.* When needed, oversees other markets temporarily* Seen as a leader amongst other ROMsParticipates in review and development of regional budget* Oversee financials such as Manage Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) and P&L of the DaVita IKC Program; Collaborate with the operations leader(s) for improvement.* Evaluates processes to ensure cost effectiveness and reduce operational expenses* Evaluates projects for cost effectiveness and impact to outcome expectations* Creates and submits financial reports and analysis as neededLeads implementation of marketing and expansion initiatives

* Maintains awareness and knowledge of regional market and trends and identifies opportunities for development and expansion of enhanced or new services* Communicates business results to Sr Leadership and other key stakeholders through executive-level presentations* Lead key project initiatives as requested* Acts as plan/program specific subject matter expert across IKC; Leaders seek their time, input, assistance on projects, committees etc. and is seen as a thought partner in evolving Model of CareDKC Collaboration:* Leads DKC-IKC collaboration efforts, partnering with CSM/DCS* Leads and presents at collaboration calls with Manager+ teammates on DKC* Accountable for Clinical Coordinator in-center time and activities (ROS responsible day-to-day)* OverseesRN performance on Coreteamparticipation**What We’ll Provide:**More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
