Responsibilities
Advise private equity funds, corporations and portfolio companies on debt financings for acquisitions, refinancings, recapitalizations and general corporate needs
Represent commercial banks, direct lenders, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers in connection with unsecured and secured credit facilities
Draft and negotiate commitment papers, security agreements, credit agreements and other loan documents
Required Qualifications
2-7 years of experience handling debt finance matters in a law firm environment
Experience with UCC matters and other general corporate transactions
Excellent academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid flexibility)
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $420,000.
