Job Description Technical leader responsible for guiding projects from planning to completion. Managesestimation, scaffolding, build systems, and task routing while ensuring technicalexcellence at every stage. Acts as the primary client-facing representative forengineering projects.
Responsibilities
Lead projects through setup, development, and launch using
Node.js , MEAN/MERN stacks , and
SSG tools (Jekyll, Handlebars) .
Scaffold projects, configure
build tools (Webpack, Gulp) , and managedevelopment tasks.
Conduct code reviews and ensure cross-browser compatibility and performanceoptimization for all web projects.
Collaborate with QA and Project Management to align on
automated testing,
analytics, and API integration.
Mentor team members on creative technologies such as
GreenSock
and
3JS
foradvanced front-end animations.
Represent the engineering team in client meetings, advocating for
accessibility and technical best practices.
Participate in technical interviews
for developer and junior architect roles,ensuring candidates meet the team’s technical and cultural expectations.
Work closely with leadership and hiring managers to evaluate technicalproficiencies, such as
API integration, front-end frameworks, and version
control.
Offer feedback and help
enhance interview processes
to ensure technicalassessments align with the latest technology trends.
Provide technical mentorship
to developers across all levels, helping themrefine their skills in areas such as
API integration, JavaScript frameworks, and
version control.
Manage and guide team members’ performance
by offering constructivefeedback, setting development goals, and identifying training opportunities toenhance the team’s capabilities.

Compensation Range: $110,580 - $173,995 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
