Diegem(GEN) AI and Machine Learning Engineer## Job DescriptionAs Stephen Few states: “We are overwhelmed by information, not because there is too much, but because we haven't learned how to tame it.” Capgemini Data & AI is looking for people who tame data in such a way that the most complex data can be easily interpreted.We are looking for a (GEN) AI and Machine Learning Engineer to help our clients in their digital transformations.**YOUR ROLE*** Use ML and Generative AI tools and other technologies to design, evangelize, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems.* Define and implement best practices for building, testing, and deploying scalable AI solutions, with a focus on generative models and LLM.* Drive successful business outcomes for educating, training, designing and building cloud hosted Generative AI solutions* Interact with customers directly to understand the business problem, help and aid them in implementation of their ML ecosystem* Educate customers on the value proposition of GenAI and showcase the art of possible.* Participate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create solutions while ensuring solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.* Stay at the forefront of AI technological advancements, especially in Generative AI and LLM, and assess their applicability to our business needs.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI/ML & data engineers, and functional SMEs, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of AI solutions with business objectives.* Influence the technical viability of the architecture of AI projects, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and integration.**YOUR PROFILE*** Experience in leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to optimize and transform various aspects of our business operations.* Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and building AI solutions, with a strong focus on end-to-end automation.* Proven expertise in machine learning techniques, deep learning frameworks, image processing and AI-related technologies including Generative AI.* Experience with one of the cloud platforms, preferably Azure, Python or PySpark.* Experience using the latest Data Science platforms (e.g. Databricks, Dataiku, AzureML, SageMaker ) and frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow, PyTorch, MXNet, scikit-learn )* Good understanding of software architecture patterns & application development.* Familiarity with DevOps,DataOps,MLOps, LLMOps principles including code repository, code management, CI/CD and AI-related automation.* Fluent Dutch with professional working proficiency in English.At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
