Level 3 Catheter Builder
Join a dynamic team as a Level 3 Catheter Builder, where you will be responsible for reading work instructions, reviewing drawings, and constructing catheter assemblies and subassemblies. You will work within a cleanroom environment, utilizing a microscope and small hand tools to complete your tasks. Your role will involve documenting processes, performing visual inspections, and ensuring the final packaging of catheters is up to standard.
Responsibilities:
- Read and follow work instructions and production drawings.
- Build catheter assemblies and subassemblies in a cleanroom.
- Work under a microscope to complete precise tasks.
- Use small hand tools to aid in catheter construction.
- Document work processes in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Complete final packaging of catheters.
Essential Skills:
- 3-4 years of full catheter build experience, including liner stretching, bonding, annealing, braiding, reflow, and stringing.
- Proficient use of micrometers for measuring.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Balloon catheter building experience is preferred but not required.
- Hand dexterity for working with small pieces, with or without a microscope.
- Patience and diligence in assembly tasks.

Work Environment:
Work in a state-of-the-art, clean facility with a welcoming break room. The position is for the 1st shift, Monday to Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm, with a 30-minute paid break, a 30-minute unpaid lunch, and a 15-minute paid break. Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
