Key Responsibilities of the Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst
Manage a caseload of approximately 175-200 WC claims across multiple jurisdictions as a Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst. Investigate and monitor claims in accordance with established procedures and company guidelines. Provide recommendations to carriers/TPAs to reduce claim costs and expedite closures. Handle litigation requests, review settlement authority, and monitor subrogation claims. Serve as liaison between clients and insurance carriers/TPAs, ensuring quality claim oversight.
Qualifications for the Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst Role
Minimum of 3+ years of WC claim experience and/or TPA claims oversight experience as a Workers' Compensation Claims Analyst. Experience with PEO or staffing WC claims oversight is a plus. Ability to manage claims in multiple jurisdictions and work effectively in a remote environment. Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
