This is a full‑time hybrid role for an Ergonomics Specialist located in San Francisco, CA, with some remote work flexibility. The role involves assessing workplace ergonomics, developing and implementing ergonomic programs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance employee health and productivity. Responsibilities

Assess workplace ergonomics and conduct ergonomic evaluations. Develop and implement ergonomic programs, providing tailored solutions to enhance employee health and productivity. Train employees on ergonomic best practices and generate reports to track program effectiveness. Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure compliance with ergonomic standards and safety regulations. Qualifications

Strong knowledge of ergonomics principles, workplace assessment techniques, and injury prevention strategies. Proficiency in conducting ergonomic evaluations and developing customized recommendations. Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills to educate employees on ergonomic practices. Proven ability to analyze data, generate reports, and implement workplace modifications based on findings. Familiarity with local and federal ergonomic safety regulations and standards. Ability to collaborate effectively in both in‑person and virtual team settings. Bachelor's degree in Ergonomics, Occupational Health, Kinesiology, or a related field; professional certifications in ergonomics are a plus. Experience in healthcare or higher education sectors is an advantage.
