Title Director of Nursing

Job Duties Under the supervision of the administrator, the Director of Nursing directs and coordinates all aspects of nursing, including, but not limited to, infection control, pharmacy, laboratory, quality assurance, medical records, and staff education. The director ensures compliance with established policies and procedures of the overall program and timely completion of respective reporting requirements. The director is also responsible for the maintenance of quality improvement activities in compliance with current licensing and accrediting policies and regulations. In addition, the director supports all disciplines in the development of a marketing strategy and efforts to network with existing and potential referral sources.

Qualifications

BSN or master's degree preferred.

Shall have at least one (1) year of experience in nursing supervision within the last five (5) years.

About the Campus The Crestwood Ponderosa Healing House is a brand-new, 16-bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) located on San Mateo County’s redesigned Cordilleras Health and Healing Campus. We provide trauma-informed recovery programs for medically compromised residents without invasive needs. Our program emphasizes a positive therapeutic culture that empowers both residents and staff to grow and thrive.

Pay Range $140,000 USD - $150,000 USD
