Job Description Highnote is building a one‑of‑a‑kind Technical Sales organization. You will be responsible for leading technical workstreams with Highnote customers, solving complex problems, and helping define the future of our company. You will represent the customer’s perspective internally and collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering organizations to ensure features and functionality meet their requirements and are prioritized appropriately.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead sales demonstrations and technical discovery calls with prospective customers.
Gather requirements, design solution architectures, and build flow diagrams for customer implementations.
Own technical relationships during implementation, including POCs, sample code, and consultative expertise.
Test new features and conduct documentation reviews before customer releases.
Manage implementation project timelines and provide status reporting to leadership.
Drive product roadmap input by serving as the liaison between customers, Product, and Engineering teams.
Support building internal tools and processes to scale Technical Sales operations.
Qualifications
Strong technical expertise
Experience in customer‑facing roles
Proficiency and experience in web APIs
Ability to understand highly complex technology and act as a liaison between Engineering, Program, and Product teams and customers
Strong communication and presentation skills with customers
Ownership mindset—caring about seeing projects through from start to finish
An entrepreneurial, “getting‑things‑done” mindset focused on delivering results
A strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach
Lead by example, with empathy and humility
Additional Preferred Qualifications
Four years or more of professional experience, two or more years in Fintech/Payments
Experience using web API tools such as Postman, Insomnia, or Apollo Studio
Experience interfacing with a GraphQL API
