The Opportunity As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the software product lifecycle of the HYDROS™ Robotic system, from ideation to launch, and drive the development of cutting‑edge AI features, hardware connectivity, and customer‑facing portals. Your role will involve defining product vision, prioritizing customer needs, leading cross‑functional collaboration, and ensuring successful market adoption.
What Your Role Will Involve
Product Strategy
Develop and execute product strategy for software, AI capabilities, and connectivity.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
Define roadmaps and scope features based on customer needs.
Integrate Voice of Customer and Voice of Sales into planning.
Lead strategy for an integrated digital ecosystem with cloud services and secure remote access.
Product Management
Own product life‑cycle from ideation to launch and post‑launch.
Develop deep technical and clinical knowledge of aquablation therapy and urological conditions.
Define hardware connectivity requirements and partner with engineering.
Ensure cybersecurity compliance (SOC‑2, ISO 27001, HIPAA) for connected devices.
Build customer‑facing and internal portals to enhance decision‑making.
Lead user research and field‑feedback collection for continuous improvement.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Lead cross‑functional teams and influence decision‑making.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and external customers.
Market Launch and Adoption
Manage product releases and launch plans with commercial support.
Support training materials and clinical documentation.
Assist initial product launches during Limited Market Release.
Qualifications We Need You to Possess
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of software‑based product management in medical devices or industries with heavy cybersecurity / regulatory requirements.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Critical, analytical, and strategic thinking skills; initiative and change leadership.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
Hybrid work model (minimum 3 days per week onsite).
Desired Qualifications
Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
Experience with AI software development, cybersecurity, and HIPAA.
Knowledge of licensing and subscription business models; experience building SaaS offerings.
Proficiency in Jira.
